"Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future."
John F. Kennedy
Family law matters are full of questions and emotions are running high. When will I see my children? How will I pay my bills? Will my assets be protected? Your life is changing as is the life of your spouse and of your children. I aim to help you through this difficult time and help get you back to "normal." In litigating hundreds of divorces, modifications, paternity actions and other family law matters here in Clark County, I work with you to help identify your goals - both short term and long term - and get you through an undeniably difficult situation. This is your family and your future. Now is not the time to make uninformed decisions.
There is a reason 90% of my clients come from referrals from prior clients, other attorneys, and often from opposing parties. I am fair with my pricing and am honest with my advice. I will work hard for you and for your family. I see the big picture - a successful family law resolution does not scorch the earth - you will often need to co-parent with your ex for many years to come. Family law is what I do. I enjoy helping people through one of the most challenging and emotional situations they will experience. Let's work together to insure your family is protected.
