Chad Sleight Chad is a founding partner at Wheeler, Montgomery, Sleight & Boyd. He is a lifelong resident of Clark County. During college at Western Washington University, he worked for the Attorney General's Office in the Consumer Protection Division. After graduating from Willamette University Law School in 2003, he returned home to practice law. His legal career has focused on criminal law, serving both as a defense attorney and a prosecutor. Since 2005, Chad's primary practice has been Domestic Violence defense, and representing people charge with all levels of felony and misdemeanor crimes. His past cases include Assault, Theft, Burglary, Robbery, Property crimes and Drug charges. In addition to his criminal defense practice, Chad has served as the City Prosecutor for Battle Ground, Ridgefield, and La Center since 2009. Working as both a defense attorney and prosecutor has allowed him analyze cases from both sides, and become a more effective advocate.
