"No one who achieves success does so without acknowledging the help of others. The wise and confident acknowledge this help with gratitude."

Alfred North Whitehead

A family law matter can affect every aspect of someone's life. Children, money, assets, a sense of self - all are in question when going through a divorce or similar action. I can help navigate these unfamiliar waters. Our family law team is experienced in these matters with thirty (30) years of attorney work and our paralegals add twenty (25) years. We work together to help you be educated and protected in the family law process.

  • We will work together to identify your goals. These are your children and your money. You should be the one listened to and not forced into some "standardized" box.
  • You need to understand the potential range of outcomes. How can you make educated decisions about the most important things in your life without someone who will be honest and upfront with you about your case?
  • We will handle the stressors of litigation. You have enough on your plate. Concentrate on your family while we worry about court dates and litigation requirements.
  • We are a local firm. This is our community, too, and we understand Clark County. We recognize our clients are real people and not some faceless file number.

There is a reason 90% of our family law clients come from referrals from prior clients, other attorneys, and often from opposing parties. We are fair with our costs and honest in our advice. You deserve to know what this process looks like and not make decisions based out of fear or a lack of knowledge. I promise to be upfront with you and not just tell you want you want to hear. That is not fair to you and leads to missteps in the family law process.
